Crop That…

Initially when I saw this sweater I thought “oh dear, this is not going to work for my body type!”, but I have to admit once I tried it on with a couple of outfits I was sold. I really like the trend of wearing cropped sweaters over button downs and the criss-cross in the back of this sweater just adds a little flare.

Now, I have to harp on these 7FAM jeans. Personally, I like to find a good jean – and stick with them for a while. When I saw this particular pair of 7FAM jeans online, my curiosity was peaked at the style name, “Slim Illusion“. To put it nicely, the lower half of my body is not proportional to the upper half, so anything I can do to give a more ‘slim effect’ will always catch my attention.    Now that I have worn these a few times now, it is safe to say they do as they are advertised to do…:) I highly recommend them.

  1. As I scrolled through these pictures I was thinking "I could never pull off that cuffed jeans and booties look because my legs are way to short and stumpy; hers look way long and slim." So maybe I need to buy those jeans too…

  5. Serious question: Does having hair that long ever bother you? Like does it get in the way and stuff? I have pretty long hair, but I never let it get to the next level like yours because I always feel like it's annoying and gets in the way :-/

  8. Adorable! You know what I love about your outfits the most, they're real. I would personally shy away from a cropped sweater but seeing it like this is totally something I could and would do. And weord question time… don't your ankles get cold? I have issues with my ankles being cold but I really like the rolled jeans with booties look.

    I am new to your blog, but have probably gone back to the majority of your posts– your style is awesome! I am wanting to purchase the Tory Burch bag you have here, just wondering if you have had any problems with it? You seem to carry it a lot and I have read some reviews that they aren't holding up well. Would love any input you have!

    I LOVE this bag! I, too, saw the reviews and was hesitant but I've yet to have a problem. Jade, from A Spoonful of Style, has 2 of these and has for a while and she's the one that said I needed to buy it because it's such great quality!

  21. Hi, no it does not bother me. Since I was a very small child I have had long hair so I think I may just be used to it! Now, when I am at home working on my computer or watching a movie – I do tend to pull it on top of my head but that's about the only time I don't have it down!
