Most Flattering Romper, Ever..

Okay, this romper is a summer must-have! No joke, it is so hot here in Tulsa and this romper is the answer to battling the heat, yet staying chic. Not to mention, it is super flattering – I’ve found it is hard to find super flattering rompers but this one has got it going on. 🙂 (PS. It comes in orange also.)

So today marks 3 years of marriage for John & me! Looking back on the past 3 years is kind of crazy because we have had soooo many life changes in such a short time. Random fact but we’ve lived in 5 different states since we got married (w/all of his medical school rotations). He’s gone from medical student to resident (neither of which are easy).. all while being an incredible husband, and hey, blog photographer (no really, he jokes that he has 2 jobs!) Not sure how I got such a gem, but I thank God daily for him. I listen to a Sirius XM station called The Message in my car a lot and the other day they were talking about how you know if you are married to the right person.. and someone (a professional of some sort in the marriage/counseling field) said ask yourself one question- “if I could be anyone else, would I want to be this person” (based on their character & so forth). I definitely wish I were more like John.. he’s selfless, ridiculously patient (not sure how else he could deal w/me!), crazy hard working, & has the sweetest heart ever – plus he always makes me laugh! I know I don’t share a lot of personal stuff but he deserves a good shoutout for all he does – he’s the whole reason I even have this blog. 

Anyway, thank you so much for reading (sorry for a long/mushy post).

  15. Don't apologise for being sentimental. Congratulations on making it to 3 years of marriage. It's not easy-I'm almost at the 1 year mark-but it's so worth it.

  23. Girl you have killer style!!!! And a super huge congrats on you're 3 year wedding anniversary. My marriage is my best accomplishment to date (if we don't include my precious miracle of a child ;D lol) and i feel so proud and loved when every yr rolls around and i can say we made it to such and such year. And yes is that your new engagement ring?????????? It's stunning!! Im still pestering my hubby for a redo on my e-ring (totally not my style anymore lol)

  43. Congratulations on your three year anniversary! We just celebrated ours on June 23rd and like you and John we have moved a ton for my Husband's schooling. It can be really challenging to move so much but having a great support system in your spouse makes it so much better! I got pretty sentimental in our anniversary post recently! xo
