I’ve been living in these denim shorts this summer (& spring) – they are the best for just throwing on and going or they can be dressed up a little. I recently wore them with this tunic (love the tassel detailing on the ties) – this tunic also looks great with white denim. It’s nice & long in the back, too. I recommend sizing down -the XS was kind of big on me but I loved the fit.
We had a really nice weekend here in OK. All of our resident friends came over Friday night to hang out so that was fun and then the third year residents graduated Saturday night! I can’t believe John has one year left (Praise.The.Lord!) It’s weird how quickly everything has gone by… Oh this is really funny… So my niece, Georgia Kelley is 5 years old. She has a really interesting personality type – she’s very dry & serious, but just really funny. She and my sister drove to Virginia with my parents 2 years ago when John graduated medical school. It seems like forever ago but apparently she has not forgotten it because she graduated kindergarten last Tuesday and asked my sis if we John & I were going to be at her graduation and she said “it’s okay if they can’t come… even though I did go to John’s graduation!” My whole family died over it because no one has talked about that in a couple of years but she’s a typical girl and hasn’t forgotten!
