Lululemon Leopard Leggings and Vest Outfit

Good morning!! I feel as if I have been MIA lately because I have been slightly under the weather and on the go – big time.😱 One weekend I was in Paris, the next I was home, the next I was in Arizona, the next weekend I was in Boston, and this past weekend I was in Michigan. I think all of the travel has worn me down honestly – I feel totally exhausted but I’m almost done traveling for a while. We are visiting Ohio for Thanksgiving and then we are done! Woohoo! Anyway, I wanted to post about this outfit ASAP because it is a common denominator of ALL of my travels – I literally wear [or take] this outfit on every trip we go on! It is a good travel outfit and also good for just going out and about wherever we are visiting.

The outfit all started with these ‘leopard’ leggings. [They are actually a camo pattern but they appear spotted like a leopard!] My mom and sister were in town in September and they both had on the leggings & sports bra and they both looked long & leggy! I was like “Wait! What? I want those!” and they reply by telling me that my aunt Joycie got the outfit too. 🙈 So I posted on my IG stories about how they totally left me out and that I wanted the leggings and my DMs started flowing in asking about where the leggings were from! Anyway, I got my hands on the leggings & I also got THIS black, fitted jacket and HOLY COW. I wear this combo so often that it is crazy! Like, I wear it flying home from all of our trips because it is really comfortable but also very flattering and clean looking. I usually prefer black leggings but the print on these are understated so it is nothing too crazy and I am still able to wear the jacket as well. The jacket is super flattering & I feel like a million bucks in it – which is something I don’t feel often! [I am 6mos postpartum and I have not worked very hard to get the baby weight off so tighter fitting clothing is not my jam, lol!] Okay, maybe not a million bucks but I notice that John always compliments me when I have it on and though it is a tight – it actually works to flatter!

Anyway! We shot this look while in Boston because I ended up wanting to wear this all day one day instead of the outfit I had planned. There was a twist though – I walked outside of our AirBNB and it was frigid❄️ – like went from 70 to 30 overnight! Luckily we were staying across from the Prudential Center and the lululemon was literally 50 steps from us so I ran inside and got this oversized vest & gloves. The vest is seriously my BFF for the cold days here in Tulsa! Thank goodness I can wash it easily at home because I throw it on nearly daily to go out and run errands!

I also picked up lululemon’s new ‘On The Go Sweat Kit’ which is a small pouch that has travel sized essentials. It has their dry shampoo which is phenomenal – so phenomenal that my sister took it home with her over the weekend!😱 It also has their spray deodorant [also taken from my sis!😜], cooling body lotion, & lip balm. I ended up using the entire kit while there. The body lotion feels amazing – it has a cooling effect which I really like about it! I also really love the lip balm. The entire pouch is genius though – it is easy to throw in your bag when you are on the go or just live in your workout/travel bag. Just a heads up that it is a waterproof too so there are no worries about anything leaking onto your other things!
