Happy New Year, everyone!! Hope you all had a fun, safe weekend! I kind of went MIA on my blog. This pregnancy has worn me out and I’ve had a hard time keeping up BUT I am back! 🙂
I actually went through my analytics to see what you all read the most of on my blog and it was pretty obvious what you guys like, lol! Its so fun to look at the year as a whole and see what you all searched for – everything from self tanner, curling iron, mascara, etc. SO, what I thought would be valuable to you all is to recap the top read posts in ONE place in case you are hunting something down.
I narrowed it down to around 15 posts and as you scroll you will see an image and a title/link so you can read the original post for all info.
If you are new here, I do blog 5 days a week and I have for 4 years!? Crazy to believe that but I have TONS of content here – I’m always updating and sharing outfits, baby stuff, pregnancy things, makeup products, & more. And just an FYI – THESE leggings are still my favorites. I’ve worn them for 3-4 years now – pregnant/not pregnant – and I’ve tried ALL kinds of leggings and always come back to these. They stay up and don’t roll down, feel amazing, hide flaws, and keep their color and don’t pill. I wear an XS usually and as my stomach starts growing I will switch over to size small during the last part of being pregnant!

Probably one of the TOP asked questions – ever! It is actually how I even got started blogging – crazy! I started getting hair extensions last February from Habit Salon in Gilbert, AZ. I have gone back every 12-16 weeks since and I love them so much! NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE TRY-ON HAUL PART 1 | READ IT HERE
This was one of the top viewed post of the year and I was not really too surprised. I love covering the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale every July and doing try-on hauls. This past July 95% of the items in this post sold out within just a few hours of the sale happening! SO crazy. Oh, I still wear THIS cardigan all year round!

I was not surprised to see that this was a top read post because I personally love watching YouTube videos on Amazon favorites. I shared everything from my favorite low calories snack, portable charger, & the cup I use to drink more water!

Oh my gosh- this is a favorite of mine because I still stand beside it SO much! Now I do have other matte formulas that I love BUT the Smashbox Always On in ‘Fair Game’ and the YSL matte lip stain are both still top rated – their reds are my jam!

ARIZONA TRIP IN REVIEW | READ POST HERE
When I went to see Chrissy [Habit Salon], we made a full trip out of it and stayed out in Scottsdale for a few nights! It was SO fun and the weather was amazing! It’s become one of my favorite cities – I love the location, food, shopping, & overall vibe/scenery. When I get a lot of requests for travel guides I always try to put one together – and I always include all outfits as well! 🙂

Literally one of the top asked questions since last spring! I did a full, very thorough post from this past August and I still stand by all of these products! This routine is amazing if you want to be super dark and have olive skin and don’t want to be orange!

Love seeing what the top read posts of the year were. For the new year id love to see posts about everyday things you do around the house like recipes you make often for your fam, how you stay organized/clean, how you start your day (what a typical day for you looks like), etc. also your makeup posts are my fave and so are the Nordstrom haul ones. I esp love seeing posts about designer bag reviews. I found your blog when I was searching on goyard/neverfull tote comparisons and it was SOOOOOO helpful! U were so detailed that I felt comfortable making a decision after reading your post. I love all your posts, but as a mom to a 1-year old i’d love to hear tips and tricks for getting ready and trying to still look fashionable, yet be functional with chasing around a 1-year old….lol! also, I am a big bargain shopper so i would love to see posts on target clothes (not sure if you have a sponsorship/relationship with target) b/c they have awesome clothes for men. women and kids. I have seen a few of your walmart posts, but I just am a very loyal target shopper and honestly never go to walmart.
would love to see more on home decor, too! and of course pregnancy related products related to skin, since so many women battle hormonal breakouts during pregnancy, etc. i really struggled with that when I was pregnant and it was so hard to find skin care products I could use that were safe.

My favorite posts are always your clothing posts. I have two little boys and taking them to the store is not ideal lol. So all of your clothing posts are helpful for me. I can click from your post to the item, order it and have it delivered to my house, soooo easy. I love that I don’t even have to go to the store since i love your style and the clothes you wear. Hi Emily! I would love to see another amazon faves or repurchases. I think the amazon blog post was super helpful and relatable. A shoe review before spring/summer. You know how shoes come out for around this time. ANother maybe could be skincare procedures and how your experience has been. Lastly i would like to see a blog post about how you find energy and inspiration to keep going. I’m in my mid 20s and sometimes find it hard to pick myself back up from a set back. Love you girl! From family life, especially luke updates (he is the cutest), to basic posts (i need to know what the most comfy things are to wear) and then i also love the fancier posts to give me inspo on what to wear to work. i am working on getting better at doing my make up because of you and love your suggestions on what product is the best. I think if they are a goo fit for you than that is what matters! Personally, I am not in a place in life where they are a fit – being pregnant, nursing, or even trying to conceive kind of means staying away from any toxins or anything potentially dangerous to a babe.
