Hello you guys! Hope you all had a fun… or productive Labor Day Weekend! I did – I skipped out on all activities and stayed home to work! I literally didn’t sit down from 7am – 9pm Saturday! I had so much work things [behind the scenes paperwork / organizing] + house stuff + new house stuff so I just took advantage of having the house empty and got everything I could done! John and Luke went to Arkansas to hang with my family and then on Sunday and Monday we got more done but also had some down time to spend as a family which was nice!
I thought I’d share this outfit that I wore Sunday afternoon! It’s pretty simple but each of the pieces would be great for pre-fall fashion. The shorts with a chunky, oversized sweater would be so cute or the top w/highwaisted jeans and booties! Also, while in Dallas I finally got my hands on these sunglasses and I am SO obsessed. I’d been wanting them for months and never found them in store to try on so I finally tried them on and was SOLD. And same for my earrings! Those are under $100! I found a pair identical for around $1,000 in Carmel last month and ever since I have been on the hunt for them… just cheaper!

Hey Emily, love you love the blog! Not trying to be critical at all cuz you look amazing, but I wanted to let you know that I think if you switched your earrings from one ear to the other they might look like they are crawling up your ear and not down. Don’t know if you even care, but just thought I’d share in case you hadn’t noticed. XOXO
Thanks for your feedback, Linda! I am actually wearing them correctly but I got my ears pierced at a young age and played basketball as a kid and wore earrings and had a couple of accidents! So unfortunately, my wholes are stretched badly and the earring sits lower so ya… :/
I love camo but I’m never too sure about how to style it! I love these shorts!

You are beautiful but What you did to your teeth is not good. You had beautiful teeth beFore but now they are so out of prOportion! I looks like a denture!
Hi love! I am not sure what you mean – my teeth are pretty much the same as always! The major difference is where I had to replace a crown in the the back w/a veneer! It’s too bad you are being so critical of a strangers smile.
