Good morning from Tampa! I skipped my post Friday because I posted my Fall Home Decor Reveal late Thursday afternoon so I thought I’d make up for it by posting on a Sunday. I’m writing from the Tampa Airport – John and I are ab to catch a flight back home in a couple of minutes. I had my first 2 day trip away from Luke & I missed him so much – I told John that won’t be happening again any time soon. Although, we did get 9 hours of sleep consecutively (!!!!) which is a pretty big deal. Flying w/o Luke was SO easy – too easy.. it almost felt wrong! The last 22 flights before this trip have been w/Luke in tow + all of his stuff/stroller/carseat/etc. so it was a funny feeling getting on the plane & sitting down and not having much responsibility. My mom & dad (Coco & Bobo) kept him & sent tons of videos & pictures & FaceTimed us a lot so that helped. We came into Tampa for a Halloween party & also got to meet up with John’s roommate from medical school who also just finished residency and is working in Tampa.
In other news, I’m obsessed w/this cable knit sweater – it’s warm, soft, & I received so many compliments on it when I wore it the other day. I paired it with my white denim just to mix things up a bit. White denim during the fall is a favorite of mine.. except that after sitting on those steps ^ I was covered in leaves! Speaking of – while we were in Tampa we (as in AR/OK) got a nice cold front so I am crossing my fingers for more foliage to happen soon!

Living in Las Vegas, I have already been stressed out thinking about traveling with my little one when she is born in two months. My entire family lives in minnesota so there will be so much traveling back and forth just to there alone! You have inspired me to feel like it is doable!!

Love this outfit, the shoes are my favorite part!! This weekend I went out with some friends and dressed as pop art (so it was mainly just cool makeup with a wig, pretty easy!)
