We are home from our Denver/Vail trip now and boy! Total change of weather. Looking through these pix makes me miss those 40 degree mornings! I’m actually writing from Dallas though (where it’s a hot 85 degrees in October, same as Tulsa.) We got home from Vail and John had a very busy work week and I had to be in Dallas for some work things so my mom actually drove in & came w/Luke & me. My birthday was yesterday and she didn’t want me to go alone which was really sweet. It is nice to have her w/us because road trips w/Luke definitely require two people! He likes to have someone in the back w/him! 🙂

Also, to answer a few questions that I’ve received a lot lately.. 1.) My nails are dip – I always get dip – no gel. I’ve written several posts ab it. I always add a picture of the bottle w/the brand/name on my Snapchat & IG story so that everyone can screenshot. I change them every 10 days so I just can’t keep all the colors memorized! Right now, I’m wearing a SNS dip (if you live in Tulsa, I go to Lux Nail Bar on Cherry Street – just tell them you want my color and its #23/#24 & they should know!) – but it’s not black but it’s not purple really. It’s just a super dark color – that looks almost like a super dark brown? It’s hard to explain but I really love it. Also, my new bag was a birthday present – it’s a brand new style we saw at the LV in Denver and it is called the ‘Wight’. I wasn’t planning on getting any new bags, but John actually saw this one and was like “oh you should get that for your birthday!”.. aka he didn’t have anything else in mind. ha! I love that it has the brown & black mixed- perfect for fall & winter! And finally, the low pony from yesterdays post – I had a few people ask for tutorials and there already is a tutorial! I did one last fall HERE. (There’s a YouTube video tutorial attached to it that I filmed!)
