Okay – let me preface this by saying YES, it was hot. :/ Very hot! John is such a good sport-  after getting lots of emails asking what men’s things we got from the sale, John agreed to taking a few photos in his purchases. Luckily it only took like 2 minutes to snap a couple of pictures – the quality is not so great for that reason but you get the gist of it. I was getting ready and John brought Luke into the bathroom with this office on and I almost melted into a puddle – Patagonia on a baby is the cutest thing ever!

John & I are so so opposite – he doesn’t enjoy shopping at all however – all of that changes during the Nordstrom sale. The day it opened he went into the store and got a suit (THIS one) and then placed an order for a few things for the fall. After I saw the kids/baby selection, I actually got really excited to get a few things for Luke and for some of my girlfriends who are expecting. We got Luke a few Patagonia things for fall & winter- including his vest (hopefully will be restocked tomo AM). He is in 3month right now so I got him 3-6 month sizing for fall (that’s why he vest is big!).

I’ve had a lot of requests for a post on what we got Luke & John so I thought I’d quickly round up a few things we got!

For Luke, we got him cute little Adidas shirts ($13), some AG Jeans ($43), Como Tomo Bottles (2 for $22), this adorable, soft elephant mat to lie on, & an extra of our favorite towels! PS. Those towels are all we use after his baths bc they are SO soft and the hood is even softer – plus they are so cute! We toss in them in the drier while we bathe him and then wrap him up in them – check my Snap or Insta Story to see a pic! Freshly Picked sent Luke a ton of moccs for his first year so we didn’t order any of them but I know that all of my girlfriends love finding them on sale bc they are the best shoes for babies &  toddlers. We got Luke a few North Face items last winter but I was tempted to get him THIS jacket for the winter but I think he actually already has it!

Okay for girls the selection was SO good! I love this little Adidas tee for a baby girl & these Adidas shoes. Oh and these Stuart Weitzman OTK boots! If you need a good gift for a baby shower, THIS is a GOOD gift – it’s the same brand as Luke’s shark robe + it has one of the softest blankets w/it. We buy a lot of these blankets for Luke bc they are really soft! My mom and I got my niece Georgia Kelley this shirt – it cracked us all up!

If you expecting – right now is a great time to get a Maxi Cosi carseat or a stroller because there’s a good selection and the pricing is really great!

John loves Cole Haan shoes and has THESE in black – but I think he needs the brown version, too! He also got this golf shirt, some Patagonia things, Nike tennis shoes & shirts & some Sperrys.

UPDATE

I’ve had a lot of questions about restocking so I want to update you all on that really quickly. From what I understand everything should be re-stocked in the morning but it will be open to the public so I think things will be selling out rather quickly. Each year when the sale opens to cardholders only, things sell out in just a couple of days but when it opens to the public they go VERY fast. Anything you may have had your eye on that is sold out today will probably be back in stock tomorrow. The key is to be up early, add it to your cart and check out quickly. They don’t reserve things in your cart so you have to actually check out to secure it for yourself.
