NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE 2020 TRY ON HAUL, REVIEW, SHOPPING GUIDE | PART 2

Happy Friday & Happy Shopping! I thought I’d start today by quickly reviewing my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale purchases so that you can get details and sizing info ASAP before you order. As you all know, ICON Status got to start shopping Monday & today the AMBASSADOR status. Monday is INFLUENCER. I know in the past that a lot of the items sold out when it was available to the ICON/AMABASSADOR levels so just be warned that items could very well sell out quickly. I recommend adding to your cart and checking out as quickly as you can.  Tuesday morning I went to the Dallas store and got my things and also placed 3 orders online in the AM so that I could get them before anything sold out or got cancelled. So far so good. Today I am sharing HALF of my purchases and I will share the other half over the next few days. In sneakers, sandals, pumps etc. I wear an 8 so when I say TTS that means it fits like normal. All shoes seen in this post are TTS and all are VERY comfortable – I was pleasantly surprised!]*

STEVE MADDEN NIFTY POINTED TOE OVER THE KNEE BOOTS [On sale for $79 – regularly $129 – TTS – I do always go up half a size in all boots and booties – but that is just a personal thing! I highly recommend these – they are a really, really good OTK boot – especially at the price point! I love the color and the fit. They are nice and fitted and stay put over your knee well!]

All 3 of these leggings are ‘old’ to me – as in they are all worn a LOT and not new. Although, I did buy a new pair of Commando during the sale this year because those are my favorite. I find that the Commando  look amazing with casual looks or DRESSY looks because they literally look like real leather leggings. I cannot recommend them enough. The SPANX Leggings are also amazing but I don’t think they look as high end or high quality when dressed up- granted they do their job and will suck you in – big time. See how I styled them in THIS POST traveling to Paris.I have had this same pair since 2016 and they have held up so well so that is a good sign, too! They are amazing for edgy/causal looks and I do get a lot of wear out of them! Now, the Zella leggings are an old holy grail for me – for gym, casual, etc. I wore them during both pregnancies in a size small – I didn’t ever like maternity leggings. These stay up better and feel more secure. I can’t tell you how many pair of these I have because I’ve always purchased them when I caught them on sale. I love Lulu leggings in prints but when it comes to a solid black leggings I prefer the Zella and I always have. I will say this – this years version has more seams on it – so beware – the ones I am wearing are old – I shot that before the sale started. Also, I love the pocket on it – it is higher this year – it was lower on the thigh now it is higher up on the thigh. Super handy for moms!
