OKAY OUTFIT BREAK DOWN FIRST…

This light wash denim jacket w/the most darling puff sleeves… 😍😍😍 I actually saw a designer version of this jacket several times online [$300 jacket😩] and each time I saw it I just thought the price was crazy! Coincidentally, one of my my bffs in Arizona had it on when I visited a few weeks ago and she was like “girl get it! I wear it all of the time- even in AZ!”. I passed just because I could not justify the price BUT last week I saw it on Express’ website and ordered – and overnighted – right away! My mom and assistants were here when I opened the package and everyone was like “okay, that is the cutest jacket ever!”. I know its basic but the subtle puff sleeve gives a bit of personality and the light wash is ideal for summertime. I am wearing a size small and it fits perfectly – even on my broad shoulders. I would say go with your usual size. I’m typically a small on top or a 2/4. I just have broad shoulders.

Next up, is the sweater cami I’m wearing… again, its a basic but its a steal and I can not recommend it enough. I feel like every woman needs to have this in her closet. Its also available in black. It looks and feels luxurious and high end, yet it is on sale for $23. I wore it dressed up in June in THIS blog post w/a creamy blazer. I will note that I feel as if this sweater cami is a more classy piece – yet still feminine/flattering/youthful. I feel like tanks / camis are tricky. I have a section of my closet w/tanks and camis [mostly black and white shades] and I pair certain materials / cuts with certain outfits.
