I feel like there are more weddings this June than ever before!! Seriously – I love it so much! I’m actually heading to Nashville for a wedding next weekend. Between all of my travels for work I always feel like I’m going to forget something important — it just seems inevitable. Luckily, some of my girlfriends have registered at Macy’s which is wonderful because I can stop in and pick up a dress, their gift, makeup, etc. Macy’s has a huge range of gift selections along with jewelry, beauty products, & everything else needed for attending a wedding. Right now, Macy’s is doing a ‘gift a gift, get a gift’ campaign – if you shop a couple’s registry, you’ll get $20 off your next purchase of $50 or more! I just had to share that! 
 
Anyway, last week I picked up this black lace shift dress (and wishing I had purchased the pink version, too!). It looks expensive but is at a wonderful price point. (I’m wearing size 4.) John never really makes comments about what I wear but when I wore this dress, two different times he was like “I really like that dress!” so I’m sure I’ll be getting my money’s worth out of it this summer! 🙂

  4. YESSS!!! Agree with all of this! Macy's is such a prefect (yet dangerous) place! I can go in (or on the site) for something in one category like home and end up with a bunch of new clothes too haha.

    My friend Avery was registered with Macy's and when I bought her dishes I somehow ended up buying three outfits too (one of which is actually today's blog post!).

    I agree with John on the dress! So pretty on you!! My husband is like that too– he doesn't notice a lot of fashion stuff so when he does comment I take note haha.
